Easyglas® PC 10
Easyglas® PC 10 is a 2 component Sol-Gel-based coating material for polycarbonate surfaces for increasing the scratch-resistance.
This coating has been designed so that surfaces of polycarbonate are protected against abrasion by applying a thin silica based protective layer.
The coating is extremely robust because of its inorganic network.
A formulation can be respectively adapted to the various substrates enabling the same optimised protective functionality. Easyglas® is also available for polymers.
Scope of application
Easyglas® PC 10 is especially suitable for coating polycarbonate surfaces in mechanically stressed areas and can be used on certain precision size parts as well because of the very low dry surface thickness.
The coating is resistant to stressing by condensate, saline solution and acid rain. Dirt-resistant characteristics are possible (optional with Nanoflex® VP12).

- Produces mechanically resistant surfaces with excellent substrate adhesion
- Dishwasher safe after 14 days storage at room climate

- Dirt-resistant (optional with Nanoflex® VP12)
- Resistant to all standard organic solvents and chemicals (e.g. graffiti remover) and can therefore be used as anti-graffiti.
